This is a special year for my homeland: Argentina
We celebrate the 200 years of the revolution that opened the way to our independence
I made this filefolder to sort upper and lower case letters. It is free, click on the cover to download it
There are also lots of info and ideas in the freebie section about our country Argentina
www.ingles360.net/Freebies/themes/argentina.html
Do you have an idea to celebrate Revolution Day? Do you have some pics to share with us? Please, send them to ingles360@yahoo.com.ar!
Click on the cover to download a free game to practice beginning and ending letter R.
What you need:
a printer, a pair of scissors and some glue. I always recommend to laminate the games for durability.
Instructions:
print the game ( you can use cardboard), cut the mats and the pieces, laminate if you want, let children read the words and sort them if they begin or ends with R.
You have some worksheets to paste in folders or notebooks.
There are some blank cards in all the games, in case you want to add pictures or more words to suit your class needs.
and don’t forget to Reduce, Recycle, Reuse!
See you around!

This is what Wilkipedia says about Earth day
Earth Day is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth’s environment held on April 22. It was founded by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson as an environmental teach-in in 1970 and is celebrated in many countries every year. The first Earth Day was in 1970. Earth Day is in spring in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere.
The United Nations celebrates Earth Day each year on the spring equinox, which is often 20 March. This is a tradition which was founded by peace activist John McConnell in 1969. The United Nations first celebrated Earth Day on the spring equinox in 1971. This was also the first time ever that the United Nations celebrated Earth Day. The first Earth Day on the spring equinox was also in 1970.

Click on the cover to download the free set of seeds packets to celebrate Arbor day
Arbor Day is the perfect time for planting new trees in yards, parks, neighbourhoods, and communities. National Arbor Day is celebrated on the last Friday in April, but the date of each state’s Arbor day can vary depending on the growing season. Arbor day is also a time to appreciate trees both for their beauty and their usefulness. Talk with the children about how trees provide us with shade, food, and firewood as well as wood for making such things as paper, houses and furniture.More ideas? click here:
What are e-books?
E-book is the short for electronic book. It is the digital form of a physical book.
What are the advantages of buying e-books?
There are many publishers who are selling old books in e-format. You just need the Adobe reader to open and read them. It is a free programme you can download from the official site Adobe.com
Let’s help our blessed planet printing just what we need.
Happy Earth day!
